Can I bring my pet’s bed and toys?

• Yes, you are welcome to bring beds, blankets and toys so your pet has familiar things and smells from home.

Can I bring my pet’s own food?

• Yes, you are welcome to bring food from home.

What do you feed the boarded pets?

• We feed and recommend Precise pet foods. All of our boarding dogs as well as our own dogs are fed Precise.

What if my dog gets sick while we are gone?

• If a pet gets sick or develops a problem during his stay, we first try to notify the owners emergency number. If we can’t contact you, then we take the pet to the veterinarian for treatment.

Can we pickup our pet on Sunday?

• Yes, if you have made arrangements when you dropped off your pets as to the time on Sunday. We do not answer the phone on Sunday’s so it is important to make these arrangements when dropping off your pets.
